Como vs. Man United: Livestream 2026 Champions League Soccer From Anywhere

Michael Carrick’s indifferent Manchester United resumes its UEFA Champions League campaign on Wednesday with a tricky test away against a Como team looking to bounce back from its first defeat in this tournament.

United has made its worst start to a domestic league season in 30 years, despite a creditable draw against high-flying Leeds in the English Premier League at the weekend. With just two wins from its first 10 games across all competitions and last Tuesday’s stinging UCL loss to Atlético Madrid still fresh in his players’ minds, Carrick knows a positive result here in Lombardy is vital in order to end the mounting speculation surrounding his position.

Champions League newcomer Como made a bright start in its tournament debut with a convincing 4-1 thrashing of RB Leipzig in Gameweek 1. But things came crashing down to earth with a 3-2 defeat away at Feyenoord. Today’s match pits Como head coach Cesc Fàbregas against a familiar foe, with the former Arsenal and Chelsea star having fought many midfield duels with his opposite number during Carrick’s playing days with West Ham, Spurs and Man United.

Como takes on Manchester United on Wednesday, Oct. 21, at the Stadio Giuseppe Sinigaglia, with kickoff at 6:45 p.m. CEST local time in Italy. That makes it a 12:45 p.m. ET or 9:45 a.m. PT start in the US and Canada and a 5:45 p.m. BST kickoff in the UK. For viewers in Australia, it’s a 3:35 a.m. AEDT start on Thursday.

How to watch every UEFA Champions League 2026-27 game using a VPN

If you’re traveling abroad and want to keep up with all the action while away from home, a VPN can help enhance your privacy and security when streaming.

Virtual private networks encrypt your traffic and prevent your internet service provider from throttling your speeds, and can also be helpful when connecting to public Wi-Fi networks while traveling, adding an extra layer of protection for your devices and logins. VPNs are legal in many countries, including the US and Canada, and can be used for legitimate purposes such as improving online privacy and security.

However, some streaming services may have policies that restrict VPN use for accessing region-specific content. If you’re considering a VPN for streaming, check the platform’s terms of service to ensure compliance.

If you choose to use a VPN, follow the provider’s installation instructions to ensure you’re connected securely and in compliance with applicable laws and service agreements. Some streaming platforms may block access when a VPN is detected, so verifying if your streaming subscription allows VPN usage is crucial.
