What if your smart ring could do more than count your steps? Natura‘s new $99 Interface ring tracks your health while also letting you command AI agents like Claude and ChatGPT with a finger press. It also tracks heart rate, HRV, sleep, activity, steps, and skin temperature (via TechCrunch).

What can Natura’s smart ring do for you?

What sets this smart ring apart from others is how it handles AI. Instead of locking you into a single assistant, the ring connects with multiple AI agents, including Meta’s Muse, Instinct, Grokbot, Claude, and ChatGPT.

You can even split tasks between them based on what each one does best. For instance, you can ask Claude to write code, Instinct to handle a reservation, and Grokbot to take care of something else, all without opening an app.

Founder Carlo Edoardo Ferraris told TechCrunch the ring works because it never has to leave your body; you can shower with it, sleep in it, and never think twice about taking it off. So you can ask it to log a run, check your schedule, reorder shampoo mid-shower, or shut off the TV before bed. You can also record meetings and ask an agent to send notes to a coworker.

Interface smart ring can control devices too, including computers. Natura believes voice commands could eventually replace many screen-based tasks like filling out forms, finding files, messaging, and creating presentations. The responses come through connected headphones, an iPhone Live Activity, or the NatureOS app.

Interface smart ring comes with health tracking features too

Natura is positioning Interface between health-focused rings and AI-focused wearables. It tracks heart rate, resting heart rate, heart rate variability, sleep stages, daily movement, step count, and skin temperature over time. That puts it in direct competition with health-focused rings like Oura and Samsung’s Galaxy Ring.

Battery life runs 6 to 12 days depending on use, and takes 100 minutes to fully recharge. Pre-orders open next month, with shipping expected in December or January. However, the current $99 launch price will eventually increase. Natura plans three to six months of free service before charging $9 per month.
