June is here, which means longer days, weekend getaways and far fewer nights spent endlessly scrolling for something to watch. That also makes it the ideal time to reassess your streaming subscriptions, because those monthly charges have a sneaky way of sticking around long after you’ve stopped opening the apps themselves.

According to Lending Tree, the average American spends about $84 a month on some combo of the best streaming services. But with prices continuing to climb, subscribing to everything at once is becoming more of a strain on our budgets. The better strategy is to rotate services in and out depending on what’s actually worth watching each month.
